    Join the PTSA by filling out the form below and including your
    membership dues of $10.00 for parents, students and staff ($30.00
    cap per family regardless of how many students you have at
    Kingsview).  

    Please make your payment in the form of cash or check payable to
    Kingsview PTSA.  Please return your form and payment to Kingsview
    as soon as possible.  

    Directories will be distributed as soon as all memberships are
    received and printing is complete.  Thanks again for your support!
